People’s Bank showcased its commitment to excellence by winning several awards at the Best Management Practices Company Awards 2025, hosted by CPM Sri Lanka.
The Bank received the Gold Award in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Cluster, highlighting its dedication to inclusivity and respect.
Additionally, the Bank was also selected among the Top Twenty Outstanding Companies at the awards, named Category Winner – Banking (Public Sector), awarded Bronze in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Cluster, and received Merit Awards in both the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Cluster and the Digital Literacy Cluster.
Manjula Dissanayake, Deputy General Manager – Human Resources, accepted the accolades alongside members of the executive management and senior officers.
