HNB has entered into a partnership with Hayleys Solar, the solar energy arm of Hayleys Fentons, by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to support the wider adoption of solar energy solutions among customers in the domestic, commercial, and industrial (C&I) sectors. The MoU was formally executed with senior leadership from both organizations in attendance.
Through this collaboration, customers seeking financing through HNB will be able to access high-quality solar energy solutions from Hayleys Solar, supported by structured, customer-focused financing facilities. The partnership is designed to make solar adoption more practical by easing financial constraints and offering long-term affordability. Customers will benefit from flexible repayment periods of up to seven years, along with competitive interest rates tied to the selected repayment term. These financing features are intended to enable households and businesses alike to transition to clean energy solutions with greater confidence and financial stability.
The partnership between HNB and Hayleys Solar highlights a shared commitment to sustainability and energy resilience by promoting solar power adoption. It supports Sri Lanka’s renewable energy goals through improved energy security, lower carbon emissions, and a more sus-tainable energy ecosystem.
