At the DFCC Aloka Breast Cancer Screening awareness event.
DFCC Bank, through its women-centric initiative DFCC Aloka, partnered with Durdans Hospital to provide free breast cancer screenings, live-streamed webinars, and personalized care for its female employees. This collaboration also involved the DFCC Bank’s Human Resource Department, which ensured the smooth implementation of the initiative and made these valuable services easily accessible to all female staff members.
As part of the initiative, DFCC Bank’s female employees received breast cancer screenings entirely free of charge, sponsored by Durdans Hospital, along with the opportunity for TLC.
Shera Hassen, Vice President and head of Pinnacle/Branch Banking Planning & Implementation, DFCC Bank, commented:”At DFCC Aloka, we are committed to empowering and supporting our female staff in every way possible. Through this partnership with Durdans Hospital and the support of our HR team, we offered free screenings, personalized care, and educational resources to raise awareness about breast cancer.
