A cookery book entitled Cooking with Lloyd was launched at the Galadari Hotel in December. This userfriendly book consists of 175 recipes created by Lloyd Opatha, the Executive Chef of Colombo’s Galadari Hotel. The book is of international standard with high quality colored photo-graphs illustrating the recipes. It has been published in response to Chef Lloyd’s increasing popularity among Sri Lankans resulting from his regular television appearances. The distribution of the book, which is available in Sinhala and English editions, is by Samayawardhana Bookshop.
