Mercantile Leasing Limited (MLL) has recently merged with Nations Trust Bank bringing enormous benefits to their clients and stakeholders. The business of leasing is now operating under the new brand known as ‘Na­tions Leasing; which will be a product of combined resources and synergies from the two organiåzations. John Keells Holdings along with the Central Finance Company are still the two main shareholders of Na­tions Trust Bank at 29.9% and 20% respectively.
