One inspiring example is Samadhi Malsha, who turned her passion for handmade fashion accessories into a successful business.
Initially facing challenges due to limited resources, Malsha found a turning point when she applied for the BOC Youth Loan. This funding allowed her to expand production and better meet customer demand, while also providing essential business management advice.

Despite the program’s success, many young entrepreneurs in Sri Lanka still grapple with systemic issues like bureaucratic challenges and limited long-term support. For Malsha, the loan was crucial in transforming her vision into reality, enabling her to grow her business and gain key skills along the way.
