The legendary Golden Dragon was re launched at the Taj Samudra Colombo with a grand opening graced by Wu Jianghao, Ambassador of China and Y K Sinha, High Commissioner of India together with Rohit Khosla, Area Director and General Manager of Taj Samudra Colombo.

From dim sums to seafood delicacies and peking duck from the Golden Oven, the menu at the Golden Dragon has a spread of varied ingredients, flavours and tastes. The Restaurant offers a full à la carte menu for lunch and dinner.
Chef Bai Ping, the Master Chef at Golden Dragon is a celebrated Chef with 25 years experience in Sichuan cuisine and Dim Sum, while Chef Li Qu Wu who is experienced in Sichuan cuisine and Shandong cuisine, is the Assistant Head Chef. Chef Wang Shunyan, an experienced chef in Sichuan dim sum and Guangdong dim sum, is also on the Golden Dragon team.
