HSBC has opened a new center to cater exclusively to HSBC Premier customers. Located at 31 Flower Road, Colombo 07, the opening ceremony was held to traditional strains of oriental drums, conch shell, flute and guitar, creating a fusion of the Eastern and Western music.
The Chief Guest at the ceremony was Vish Govindasamy, Chief Executive Officer, Watawala Plantations Limited. Also present were David J H Griffiths, Chief Executive Officer, HSBC Sri Lanka and Maldives and Sarath Piyaratna, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, HSBC Sri Lanka. The building sports a striking silver-grey faade with extensive space and comfort within. It comprises of several meeting rooms, a comfortable customer reception area and services such as internet banking for customers who lead busy lives. The number of staff at the HSBC Premier Center has been increased. They provide HSBC’s Premier customers with personalized service and assistance for their wealth management needs.
