DFCC Vardhana Bank (DVB) launched its Ranawarama Gold Jewellery Pawning facility, a new offering by the bank, which ensures customers a much safer, easier and secure method of pawning valuable personal items in times of need. This innovative and secure product is being launched initially in the bank’s Bandarawela, Negomobo, Piliyandala, Ratnapura and Kiribathgoda branches, and will also be taken to the DVB branches in Anuradhapura and Borella.
With the launch of the Ranawarama pawning facility in a number its branches, DVB will assure its customers of its commitment to understanding their needs and providing them with tailor-made products so as to better serve them.
Speaking on the new pawning product, L G Perera, Managing Director, DFCC Vardhana Bank said, “There are many places in the country that offer pawning facilities, however we provided a heightened element of trust and safety for our customers. Our Ranawarama product is our way of demonstrating to our consumer that DVB understands how precious these items are, ensuring the safety of their possessions.”
