Dialog Axiata and MAS Holdings announced the successful conclusion of the fourth Dialog MAS Enabler Program, reinforcing their commitment to workplace inclusion for persons with disabilities (PWDs) through structured exposure to corporate, manufacturing, and customer service environments. The program brought together ten undergraduates and young professionals from leading public and private higher education institutions across Sri Lanka. Participants gained first-hand experience across Dialog and MAS workplaces, including corporate offices, customer service centers, and manufacturing facilities, providing valuable insight into organizational functions, workplace expectations, and day-to-day operations. Structured sessions covered workplace etiquette, recruitment processes, interview preparation, and career pathways, complemented by department-level interactions with industry practitioners. Dialog and MAS also engaged closely with participants to understand their lived experiences, identify opportunities to improve workplace accessibility, and strengthen inclusive practices through organizational learning. Internal initiatives continued throughout the program to reinforce inclusive behaviors across teams and encourage lasting change. Rajitha Jayasuriya, Director, Corporate Affairs, Group Legal of MAS Capital, said the program demonstrates that meaningful inclusion requires workplaces to evolve alongside the people they seek to empower. She added that insights from participants help MAS create environments where people of all abilities can contribute, grow, and build meaningful careers.
