Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena in discussion with the members from China Association of Small and Medium-commercial Enterprises.
A meeting between China Association of Small and Medium-commercial Enterprises (CASMCE) and Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena was held.
Attention was paid onto expansion and trade investments in renewable energy, vehicle manufacturing, agricultural technology, paper and printing related fields.
Ren Xinglei, President of CASMCE, said that the Chinese people are very happy about Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena’s visit to China and expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the visit.
Xu Xiang, Vice President of CASMCE said that there is potential to invest in the development of industries related to solar power, wind power and biomass energy in Sri Lanka.
Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena pointed out the possibility of exporting high quality cinnamon to China in addition to the possibility of giving priority to the import of electronic vehicles.
