A cheesecake promotion is being held at the Hilton Colombo from January 26 to February 4, 2006.
The hotel’s food outlets including Spices, Spoons, Emperor’s o , Echelon Pub and Thorana Lounge, are offering an assortment of cheesecakes creatively prepared by Executive Pastry Chef, Gerard endis. Some of the delicious choices available are blueberry, raspbenry, mango, blackcurrant and kiwi as well as marble, vanilla, hazelnut and mocha cheesecake.
