Bernard Goonetilleke, Chairman (Former Ambassador, Chairman, Pathfinder Foundation); Mohamed V Muhsin, Managing Director and CEO (Strategic Management Consultant, Corporate Director and former Vice President and CIO of the World Bank.); Harinder S. Kohli, Director (President and CEO of Centennial Group International, and the Founding Director/Chief Executive of Emerging Markets Forum both based in Washington, D.C., who held senior managerial positions at the World Bank); Dr.Rajat Nag, Director (Former Managing Director General of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and is concurrently a Distinguished Fellow both at India’s National Council of Applied Economic Research, Delhi and at the Emerging Markets Forum, a think tank based in Washington DC during 2006-2013; Dr Indrajit Coomaraswamy, Director (Former International Civil Servant and Governor of Central Bank, Sri Lanka); and K Balasundaram, Director (CEO, MMBL-Pathfinder Group and senior corporate executive). The MMBL-Pathfinder Group and the Washington DC based Centennial Group Holdings was signed a virtual platform in the presence of signatories from both sides.
The MMBL-Pathfinder Group and the Washington DC based Centennial Group Holdings have launched a joint venture company for providing strategic advisory and project management services to policy makers as well as prospective foreign and local investors, with a view to attracting foreign investment and establishing new business ventures in the island. The Agreement was on a virtual platform in the presence of signatories from both sides. The Board of the Pathfinder-Centennial incorporates Dr Harinder Kohli, the President and CEO of Centennial Group International, Director and Chief Executive of Emerging Markets Forum (a nonprofit arm), both based in Washington D.C., who held several senior positions at the World Bank; Dr Rajat Nag, former Managing Director General of Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Distinguished Fellow of National Council of Applied Economic Research, Delhi and Emerging Markets Forum, Washington DC (2006- 2013) and Mohamed V Muhsin, Strategic Management Consultant, Corporate Director and former Vice President/CIO of the World Bank. The Board members representing MMBL-Pathfinder Group are Bernard Goonetilleke, former ambassador and the Chairman of the Pathfinder Foundation; K Balasundaram, CEO of MMBL-Pathfinder Group and senior corporate executive and Dr Indrajit Coomaraswamy, former Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Bernard Goonetilleke will function as the Chairman, while Mohamed V Muhsin will be the Managing Director and CEO of the joint venture company, Pathfinder- Centennial.
