Standard Chartered Bank launched a savings drive for its special children’s saving account: ‘My Dream Accounts’. One of the key partners in this drive will be British Council.
“We always look for innovative ways of adding value to our products and giving our customers the best offer in town. The bank decided to make this drive even more attractive by giving away gift vouchers amounting to Rs.1,500 not only for those opening new accounts, but also for those existing ‘My Dream Account’ holders” said Sheahan Arasaratnam, General Manager Retail Banking Products and Head of Marketing, Standard Chartered Bank.
It was explained that British Council will offer the ‘Young Learner Membership’ to young savers, in collaboration with the bank. Vijitha Yapa Bookshop, Baby Mart and Y Fashions will also partner with Standard Chartered Bank during this promotion, it was announced.
