Sri Lanka Apparel will be showcasing “Garments Without Guilt” at the Fatex Fair.
Sri Lanka Apparel – Garments without Guilt, the ethos of the Sri Lankan apparel industry, epitomises the synergy between ethical brands and apparel made in Sri Lanka. The Garments without Guilt initiative focuses on ethical manufacture and sustainable development assuring the industry’s commitment to ethical working conditions, free of child labour, free of forced labour and free of discrimination.
The Sri Lanka Apparel delegation headed by its Chairman Ajith Dias will be accompanied by prominent garment manufacturers who will also be participating at the fair in Paris. The product capabilities on display will range from intimate apparel, sportswear, leisurewear, children’s wear, formal wear and garments with varying washed effects to hand flat knits and computerised auto fashioned knits as well as embellishments including hand worked sequin beads and embroideries.
