Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) entered into an agreement with Green Land Property Developers to provide the ICT infrastructure for Green Land Residencies, an apartment complex under con-struction in Colombo.
The agreement was signed by Kiththi Perera, Chief Executive Officer, SLT and A R M Jiffry, Chairman, Green Land Prop-erty Developers.
Located in Colpetty overlook-ing the sea, once completed, Green Land Residencies will comprise eight luxury apart-ment units set in an eight floor apartment complex. SLT will power the residents with tele-communications services, ultra-fast broadband connectivity provided through fiber technol-ogy as well as PEO TV. SLT will provide the backbone necessary for a Smart Building that will transform the lives of residents into digital lifestyles.
