The Eagle Insurance annual report has been selected as the Best Annual Report and Accounts in the Non-Banking and Financial Sector at the SAFA (South Asian Federation of Accountants) Best Presented Accounts Awards 2004 competition.
SAFA consists of five member countries – India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka. The Institutions of Chartered Accountants of each country select the best reports within each country and submit them for the competition.
In addition to winning this award for the 12th successive year, Eagle was adjudged the first runner up for overall Best Corporate Governance Disclosure and third runner up for overall Best Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Reporting.
