Prestige Automobile and MINI Asia officially launched MINI in Sri Lanka. The car with British roots was first introduced in 1959. It has since then undergone evolutionary refinement, with the new MINI undergoing vast improvements in terms of driving fun, quality and comfort. Yet, the new MINI has managed to preserve the same go-kart handling and individual flair that made the brand so irresistible from the start.
Prestige Automobile introduced two MINI models-the new-generation MINI as well as the MINI Countryman.

Designed to be bigger, drive better, and packed with more technological innovation than before, the new MINI continues to be the leading original of the premium small car segment. For the first time both three-cylinder and four-cylinder engines are introduced, all featuring MINI Twin Power Turbo Technology. The petrol engines include turbocharging, direct fuel injection and variable camshaft control on the intake and exhaust side (double VANOS).
This MINI Countryman is the first four-door MINI with a body measuring of more than four meters in length and comes with a large tailgate and a versatile interior offering space for up to five people. It can even be ordered with all-wheel drive.
