In the current fast-paced environment, the ability to promptly access vital information can greatly expedite financial transactions. In an effort to enhance this convenience, the Credit Information Bureau (CRIB) has established a partnership with the People’s Pay digital wallet app, enabling users to easily obtain their CRIB ‘MyReport’ with minimal effort.
Obtaining your CRIB report is a straightforward process that can be completed by following a few steps. First, download the People’s Pay app from your Mobile platform stores” (Apple iOS – Apps store, Google Android- Play store, Huawei Harmony OS-App Gallery) and install it on your smartphone. After opening the app, access the menu on the left side of the screen and select the “E-Service” option. Go to the CRIB Service Option and follow the step to complete your registration for CRIB services. Ensure all required information is submitted accurately, as this step is essential for accessing your CRIB report. The CRIB team will manage the registration process. Once the CRIB does your registration, you can simply return to the CRIB service within the app, to effortlessly download your CRIB report.
The People’s Pay wallet app offers a user-friendly interface accessible in three languages, featuring a range of innovative tools such as biometrics and self-registration. Designed to simplify customers’ day to day lives, the app allows users to save their payment details for quick reference. It also provides facilities for adjusting self-transaction limits and linking other bank accounts for seamless transactions. People’s Pay App enables customers to pay their bills by partnering with over 50 billers, including LPOPP billers. By integrating with utility service providers, the app enables customers to view due payment amounts online in real time while performing their bill payments.
