The grand opening of OZO Colombo in Sri Lanka, managed by ONYX Hospitality Group, was celebrated in the presence of President Mahinda Rajapaksa, Shasheendra Rajapaksa, Chief Minister of the Uva Province, Bob Kundanmal, Chairman – Sino Lanka Hotels Holdings, Peter Henley, President/CEO – ONYX Hospitality Group and Nijaporn Charanachitta, Chairperson –ONYX Hospitality Group, together with the directors of Sino Lanka Hotels Holdings and over 150 respected guests and dignitaries.
The inauguration, which included opening remarks from Rajan Bharvani, Director – Sino Lanka Hotels Holdings, was commemorated in a ceremony.
Consisting of 158 smartly designed guest rooms and suites, OZO Colombo provides guests with the perfect night’s sleep complete with high quality bedding and a variety of modern amenities including IPTV, multimedia connectivity panel and free Wi-Fi access throughout.
OZO Colombo is the third OZO property to open since the brand launched in 2010 and joins OZO Wesley Hong Kong and OZO Samui in Thailand. There are four further OZO properties in development, including OZO Kandy and OZO Galle.
