Mobitel has partnered with BookMyShow, to enable its customers to purchase tickets for the latest movies, cricket matches and other popular cultural and sporting events on BookMyShow (bookmyshow. com) using Mobitel Post-Paid connections. With an entry to Sri Lanka in 2016, BookMyShow allows its customers to easily book tickets online for movies, events, plays and concerts from the comfort of their homes or offices.
This service is available to Mobitel customers and offers convenience as they can book tickets and pay via the mobile connection. In order to use the service, customers need to log on to BookMyShow, select the movie or event of their choice, choose the time, date and seats, and while making the payment, to choose the ‘Mobitel customer’ option. The purchases will be directly added to the customer Post-Paid bill on Mobitel.
