Idea Group of Companies that specializes in offering revolutionary roofing solutions and interior decorating solutions, extended its assistance to a worthy cause by donating iPanel ceiling sheets towards the restoration process of the devastated St Sebastian’s Church in Katuwapitiya, Negombo.
The plaque with regard to the donation was handed over to Malcolm Ranjith, Archbishop of Colombo and Sri Lankan Cardinal of Catholic Church by Sampath Mayakaduwa, the Chairman, Idea Group.
Idea Group came forward to contribute towards renovations of the Katuwapitiya church as a generous gesture towards Catholic community in the country. This project was considered as a part of CSR and as a duty of a socially responsible Sri Lankan company. The CSR projects of Idea Group emphasizes on areas such as upgrading social lives of people, betterment of the society, renovating places of worship, conservation of the environment and development of education and schools.
In addition to i-Panel and i-Roof many other eco-friendly products are introduced to the Sri Lankan marketplace by the Idea Group.
