The awards celebrated the exceptional performance and unwavering commitment of DFCC Bank’s employees throughout 2023, which contributed significantly to the Bank’s success. During the financial year 2023, DFCC Bank recorded a year of unprecedented accomplishments across various metrics, including financials, sustainability, and customer service. As a result, DFCC Bank honored the remarkable individuals who played a crucial role in these accomplishments from all over the Bank’s branch network and sales teams at the DFCC Banking Awards 2023 event.
Over 400 staff members attended the event, alongside distinguished senior management, which included several high-ranking officials from the Bank’s corporate management and senior management teams.
