The Association of Consuls in Sri Lanka hosted the 2nd FICAC South Asian Conference organised in association with the World Federation of Consuls – the first of its kind to be held in Sri Lanka. The conference was attended by a host of distinguished personalities that included consuls, businessmen and professionals from both Europe and the South Asian Region, members of the Sri Lanka Honorary Consuls Association and members of the diplomatic corp. The programme that was held over a period of three days comprised of formal sessions, a Sri Lankan identity themed “Sri Lankan Night”, Coffee Morning and the Anniversary Awards Banquet.
