Commercial Bank of Ceylon further strengthened its pres-ence in the Kurunegala District, with the opening of a fully–fledged branch in Hettipola. The Bank’s 267th branch in the island is located along the Kurunegala Road in Hettipola.
The branch is an Automated Banking Center featuring an Automated Teller Machine (ATM), a Cash Recycler Machine (CRM) and a Cheque Deposit Machine, making its services accessible any time of the day or night. With the opening of this branch, Commercial Bank’s network of ATMs in Sri Lanka grows to 854 terminals.
Dharma Dheerasinghe, the Chairman, Commercial Bank was the Chief Guest at the open-ing of the branch, which was also attended by S Renganathan, Managing Director, Sanath Manatunge, Chief Operating Officer, Sandra Walgama, the Deputy General Manager – Personal Banking, and Hasrath Munasinghe, Deputy General Manager – Marketing, and other officials of the Bank.
