A Rice & Spice with Seafood Sensation is happening at the Colombo Hilton from the 16th to 25th of February. Felicia Sorenson is back again together with Chef Raja and they have created their very own recipes. Like prawn pittu, firework prawns, designer hoppers; Cheese & Ham, Curry Leaf & Garlic, Green Chili and seafood with seafood rottis and the traditional Pol rotti. Dishes with local vegetables, yams and roots such as manyok, bathala are also on offer. Pickled pork with country mustard sauce and old-fashioned omelets are a few of the new creations that the customers can savor.
