The world’s largest luxury Ayurveda chain reached 60 locations in 12 countries with the new ‘Lifestyle Experience’, and plans to expand to 100 locations by 2018.
Spa Ceylon unveiled an all-new lifestyle experience at the Parkland Tower on Park Street in Colombo. Mangala Samaraweera, Minister of Finance, Kenichi Suganuma, Japanese Ambassador to Sri Lanka and his wife Akiko Suganuma as well as celebrities and corporates attended the launch.
Decorated with vibrant Spa Ceylon motifs and filled with a floral fragrance, the ambience appeals to all senses. Every detail of the signature spa and boutique has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a fulfilling experience. The outlet includes the all-new Ceylon aroma bar where guests at the event were provided insights to the traditional aroma infusion process. They were also able to experience Spa Ceylon’s Eau de Ceylon collection. The all-new Gourmet Ceylon Tea Bar introduced invitees to the new line of unique Gourmet Ceylon Teas in 18 natural blends as well as Ayurveda Herbal Infusions. The tea bar provides a tasting of Spa Ceylon tea blends.
Continuing their expansion, in the last quarter of 2017, Spa Ceylon will add seven more locations to its portfolio, Lucknow in India, Malé in the Maldives and in Sri Lanka – Katunayake International Airport, the Colombo Fort, Gandara Street, Kandy and Negombo’s Lewis Place. Selected signature spa services will also be introduced in Tokyo Japan, while boutiques are planned to be opened in locations including Fukuoka Japan, Saigon Vietnam, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, Nicosia Cyprus and Colombo. As Spa Ceylon products are now approved for sale in the European Union, the brand plans to expand to Italy and Eastern Europe next year, while increasing the reach in Asia with outlets in China, Indonesia, Philippines and Taiwan. Spa Ceylon hopes to reach 100 worldwide locations in 2018.
