Seylan Bank honored a num- ber of its top performers, at the Bank’s Annual Sales Conference and Awards 2018.
The Bank recognized the top performers under five main award categories. Chamika Perera and Curby Imanka bagged the Best Performer Award representing the Personal Loan Sales and Housing Loan Sales category respectively. Anjula Dilshan was presented the Best Performer Award for Credit Cards Sales Balance Transfer, Seylan Bank fetes outstanding employees whilst Janaka Herath was be- stowed the Best Performer Award for Credit Card Sales in 2018. The Best Performer of Leasing Sales in 2018 was presented to Loshan Jayasekara.
Commenting on the occasion, Gamika De Silva, Head of Mar- keting and Sales at Seylan Bank said, “This is an occasion where we recognize trailblazers who have surpassed key expectations. I am extremely proud of the achievement of our young sales unit. These awards are a testament of our young sales team’s hard work, dedication and commitment towards offering the best of the services to our valued customers.”
In addition, Zaharan Ameer was conferred the Best Perform- ing Team Leader under Per- sonal Loan Sales. Suranga Perera was awarded the Best Performing Team Leader Credit Card Sales along with the Best Per- forming Team Leader Credit Card Sales Balance Transfer Catego- ries. Malen Cabandugama was given a special recognition for his contribution to the Housing Loan Sales category.
The most Prestigious Award for the Overall Outstanding Team Leader of the year 2018 was awarded to Suranga Perera from Credit Cards Sales division and the Overall – Outstanding Sales Person of the year 2018 was bagged by Chamika Perera from Personal Loans Sales.
