Vallibel Finance has reached a landmark 200 billion rupees in total assets, according to records disclosed to the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE), marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth and expansion. The company said the milestone was achieved based on unaudited management accounts as of July 31, 2026.
The Board of Directors and management take this opportunity to extend their sincere gratitude to all stakeholders for their unwavering support and confidence placed in the company, it said in a statement. The company has surpassed the 200 billion-rupee asset milestone in just 19 years and four months, marking one of the shortest periods for a financial institution in Sri Lanka to reach this landmark. This achievement follows another significant milestone in the company’s history, when it became the fastest finance company in Sri Lanka to cross the 100 billion rupees asset threshold, achieving the feat within just 17 years of operations in December 2024.
For the 2025/26 financial year, Vallibel Finance reported a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of 7.6 billion rupees, representing an impressive 37.5 percent increase. Its asset base reached 180.2 billion rupees as of end March 2026, up 61.4 percent from 111.6 billion rupees a year earlier.
