Mobitel offered a special sponsorship package to the 6th Annual National Chamber of Exporters (NCE) Awards ’97 which was held on August 14.
A token presentation of a mobile phone was presented to Patrick Amarasinghe, president of the Council of NCE by the general manager, Mobitel Chandika Vitharana.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vitharana pointed out that Mobitel, being a premier mobile service provider was keen to develop and improve the export sector and to encourage new entrepreneurs in this field. He also informed the gathering that the unique services provided by Mobitel are ideal for any business enterprise. Also present at the presentation was Mobitel’s marketing communications manager, Jumar Preena.
