The CSE is holding an Investor Day programme in Negombo on February 8, 2007, in association with the SEC at the Negombo Town Hall. The day will comprise of lectures for students, introductory seminars, information booths by the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) and the Securities & Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC), etc.
The CSE introduced the ‘Investor Day’ concept to bring together officials of the CSE, the SEC and the Stock Broking community so that the general public can meet and obtain information on different aspects of investing in the Stock Market.
The CSE has thus far concluded successful Investor Day programmes in Panadura, Matale, Kurunegala, Matara, Badulla and Kuliyapitiya commencing in 2005.
