The Singapore Airlines Service Centre has moved to ION Orchard, the newest shopping centre located in the heart of Singapore’s busy premier shopping district.
Located at Orchard Turn, just above the Orchard MRT station, ION Orchard’s strategic location offers greater accessibility for customers. The integrated Singapore Airlines Service Centre will operate from 8.30 am to 6 pm from Mondays to Saturdays, and from 9.30 am to 5 pm on Sundays.
Customers can enjoy all ticketing services currently available at The Atrium@Orchard. Downtown check-in will not be available, although customers can continue to check in online via singaporeair.com, or at the self-service kiosks located at the Service Centre 48 hours before their scheduled departure time.
