Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ:VRTU), one of the largest IT service providers in Sri Lanka, won Gold at the recent Human Resource Management Awards (HRM). The awards, which assess the maturity of HR systems and processes among organisations in Sri Lanka, were a joint effort between the Association of Human Resource Professionals (AHRP) and Hewitt Associates, a global human resource consulting firm.
