Suntel recently extended their agreement with Mountain Hawk Express Limited (FedEx) to provide its Head Office and branch offices with a total telecommunications solution. This will enable FedEx to maintain and extend higher levels of reliability and operational efficiency through a host of digital features encapsulated in the solution, enabling them to enhance their competitive advantage.
Suntel is to provide FedEx with a full data and voice solution to connect the FedEx branch network through an IP VPN and voice solution. The communication solution comes coupled with 24-hour support from Suntel’s VIP customer unit as well as round-the-clock monitoring by Suntel’s operations and maintenance centre. It is promoted and managed by Suntel Corporate Solutions, who work with specific customer groups. Corporate Solutions specialise in customized solutions for high-end corporate users. Each fully managed solution is designed and implemented after close scrutiny of customer requirement.
