Sri Lanka Telecom recently announced that it will be stepping in as the sponsor for the Sri Lankan contingent at the upcoming Asia Games, which will be held in Doha in December 2006. SLT was also the principal sponsor for the recently concluded South Asian Games held in Colombo, and is committed to supporting athletics in Sri Lanka to reach their true potential creating world class Sri Lankan athletes.
