Sri Lanka Telecom opened eight new branches around the country, to provide customers a service experience from more convenient locations. The new branches were declared open by P G Kumarasinghe Sirisena, Chairman, SLT Group. Kiththi Perera, Chief Executive Officer, Priyantha Fernandez, Chief Operating Officer, several Chief Officers and other distinguished guests attended the ceremonies. The new openings include six new Regional Telecom Offices (RTOs) at Homagama, Horana, Ambalangoda, Kuliyapitiya, Kelaniya, and Mullaitivu. An Outside Plant Maintenance Centre (OPMC) at Nittambuwa, and a revamped state-of-theart Regional Telecom Office at Nugegoda were also opened. The new SLT branches will offer customers the full range of services and facilities, including provision of new connections, bill payments, fault reporting as well as selling equipment.
