People’s Bank has once again launched a series of educational seminars to enhance children’s knowledge and academic skills in preparing for the grade five scholarship examination. The first seminar under this program was conducted.
Through this program, the People’s Bank plans to conduct 80 seminars covering the entire country. The seminars use modern, scientific teaching methods to develop students’ educational skills so that they can face the examination with confidence. A key feature of these seminars is the guidance of parents to prepare the students better to face the exam. Teaching staff with several years of experience in supporting this effort. Last year, 83 seminars were successfully conducted island-wide under this program.
Parallel to this, the Sisu Udana Chooti Baba online scholarship seminars are conducted weekly. They are broadcast live on the People’s Bank official YouTube channel and Facebook page and on the Imashi Education YouTube channel and Facebook page.
People’s Bank organizes these seminars for students preparing for the grade five scholarship examination and presents awards for those who successfully pass it with flying colors.
