Dr Justin Samarasekera, one of Sri Lanka’s architectural pioneers will hold his first exhibition of paintings Impressions of an Octogenarian’ at the Lionel Wendt on May 2, 3, and 4.
Dr Samarasekera among whose creations are the Bandaranaike Samadhi and the Kalutara Bodhi began painting once again at the age of 80 last year. The exhibition includes 81 paintings done within a year.
