HSBC has re launched its Home Loan facility and is now offering customers a wide range of home loans. The types of loans on offer are the Home Construction Loan, Home Purchase Loan, Home Renovation Loan, Apartment Loan and Second Homes Loan. The loans will be offered at a competitive rate of interest of up to 80% of the market value or up to 90% of the Bill of Quantities, depending on the category of loan the customer applies for. Customers have the option of paying the inter­est on a three month, one year or five year basis.
