The formal agreement was signed by Nalin Perera, the Director of eChannelling and CEO, Mobitel and Dr K Thiyagarajah Iraivan, Director/CEO, Melsta Health (member of the diversified group, Melstacorp) in the presence of the medical staff and well-wishers. The partnership enables patients to channel their doctors at the Joseph Fraser Memorial Hospital by making appointments via eChannelling app. Patients can simply dial 225 from any mobile network and 1225 from an SLT phone. Further, appointments can also be made by visiting the eChannelling website at echannelling. com.
