YNB Holdings recently launched an array of skin, bath and body-care products hailing from the Arazyme Products range in Korea. The colourful event was attended by the media, a host of celebrities and other distinguished guests that included those from the fashion and beauty industry of Sri Lanka.
The range consists of five products: Arazyme Facial Gel, Arazyme Facial Powder, Arasense Black and Gold soap, BAL Foot Care Treatment and Dr Scalp Hair Treatment. The attribute of these products that sets them apart from others is that all products have incorporated the enzyme called Arazyme – extracted from the spider – with other natural elements. The name Arazyme combines the Latin word ‘Ara’ for spider and enzyme to describe this biotech product. Accordingly comprised of only natural extracts and devoid of toxins, the Arazyme Products relax and rejuvenate the skin and is suitable for anyone, male or female.
“There are a lot of cleansers and soaps made from natural substances,” said Lee, Executive Director – YNB Holdings, elaborating on the product range. 
”But this is very different, this is made from an insect, the spider. The spider can isolate the impure and take in the pure substances making it very clean.”
