The Munich Trade Fair organizers, in cooporation with NCC Management and development Co. Ltd, of Thailand, will organize ‘Pollution Control ’97’, the international trade fair featuring high technology for waste treatment and all pollution control systems including sophisticated technology for environmental conservation.
The fair is scheduled to run from November 12- 16, 1997, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Bangkok, Thailand. It’s joint objectives will be to celebrate the 5th anniversary of Thailand’s Pollution Control Department and to promote the dissemination of information in relation to the latest innovations from around the world in pollution management and control of waste water, gases, hazardous substances and waste products. The fair will also focus on the roles of government and the private sector in pollution control and environmental conservation.
Pollution control ’97 will present manufacturers and businessmen from countries worldwide and specially those from the European Countries, an opportunity to expose their products and services in fields of pollution control. The fair is expected to attract as many as 8,000 to 10,000 from government agencies, industrial representatives, engineers, architects, environmental consultation agencies, officials from private organizations, academics and other interested parties from within Thailand and from many European countries, the USA, Australia, Asia in general and the ASEAN countries.
Alongside Pollution Control “97, the Thailand Environmental Institute will also organize the international conference on pollution prevention and control, which is the first initiative convened from a developing nation perspective that is focused on sharing knowledge and providing pragmatic options for developments in pollution prevention and control for developing countries throughout the world.
