Watson Wyatt Sri Lanka, a subsidiary of Watson Wyatt worldwide will conduct a series of seminars on Human Resource Management on the 8th & 9th January next year at the Taj Samudra Hotel.
The seminars will be conducted by Russel Huntington director Human Resource Consultancy, Watson Wyatt Singapore.
Competencies and Competency Based Pay, as well as Human Resource Reengineering will be the topics addressed by Huntington at these seminars which are aimed at Human Resource Management practitioners, CEO’s and other Senior Executives interested in improving the relevance and effectiveness of HR.
In the area of Competencies and Competency Based Pay, Huntington will elaborate on the concept of competencies, the application of competencies in HR Management, the drafting of competencies, the merits of competency based pay, the principles of broad banding and its place in the competency based pay system, as well as the various approaches to competency based pay applications.
With regards to Human Resource Reengineering, the areas covered will be with regards to trends both global and regional and will cover customer expectations, competitor practices, employee expectations and the manner in which organizations are responding.
