Trade Point Colombo hosted by the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce was granted operational status as a fully operational trade point as well as the right to operate as a member of the World Trade Point Federation (WTPF) at VIII General Assembly Meeting of the World Trade Point Federation in Jordan.
The Trade Point Network is a physical and online network with more than 120 Trade Points located in over 90 countries across continents. It is an initiative of the United Nation Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and recognised internationally for global trading.
Trade Point Colombo hosted by the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce is the local gateway to the global Trade Point Network. Users are able to access information on other networks worldwide, find business partners online, post offers to buy and sell in the Electronic Trading Opportunity (ETO) system as well as receive responses from all over the world.
Members of Trade Point Colombo are offering many membership privileges, amongst which is the opportunity to advertise company products on the Global Trade Directory System (GTDS) and find business partners from all over the world.
