NSB e Connect facilitates a range of services, including: checking the account balance, transferring money to another bank or the financial institution (subject to a maximum of two million rupees), reviewing the history of transactions, mobile reloads, payment of utility bills, amount of loan installments, pawning installments, credit card bill payments and payments to government institutions such as Sri Lanka Ports Authority, Board of Investments (BOI), Inland Revenue Department with Realtime update feature. Further, you can check your child’s savings account balances and your fixed deposit accounts by link- ing the same to your savings account. If you have more than one savings accounts at NSB, those accounts also can be connected while the facility of obtaining e-statements for a given period is also available.

Arrangements are made to issue a debit card without any basic fee until the end of June 2021 for customer’s convenience.
