Dr Köhler, a professional German doctor who pays his holiday visits to Sri Lanka, chose Amaya Lake (formerly known as Culture Club Resorts) as a holiday destination since 1998.
Each year, he visits Amaya Lake, especially to obtain their ‘Ayurveda Treatment Package’ for a minimum period of one month or more.
Dr Köhler, who is also a nature lover, is taken up by the natural scenic beauty of the ‘Kandalama Lake’ and loves the chef’s special preparations of authentic Sri Lankan cuisine.
He will be completing his 365th night at Amaya Lake on his arrival there on September 3, 2009.
