California Grill at the Galadari has introduced a new concept to serve refined tastes. Three days a week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 11 pm to 3 am, there are facilities at the California Grill for late night dancing.
The music is primarily acoustic devoid of big-bang blasts. A separate menu inclusive of special choices of coffees, liqueurs, and brandies is set for late night diners. Coupled with the setting above the city lights of Colombo and the lulling of the Indian Ocean, the Grill literally redefines itself into a dance floor among the stars.
