Sri Lanka Telecom conducted Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Business Customer Forum in Sabaragamuwa Province, as the first customer forum in 2019. The SME Business Customer forum was attended by 50 selected customers.
There were presentations conducted on networking, hosting, managing security, PBX and overall knowledge on SLT products and solutions at the forum.
Group discussions were also conducted. Officials representing SLT conducts SME Business Customer Forum Attendees at the SME Business Customer Forum. the SLT management partici- pated and shared their views and opinions at discussions. SLT seeks to understand their business customers’ views, com- municate effectively with them, and respond to their concerns by conducting such customer forums around the country on a quarterly basis annually.
By conducting such SME customer forums, SLT provides the required knowledge for SME business customers to persuade them to make the final purchas- ing decision.
