Pure Beverages, producers of Coca-Cola and a wide range of other soft drinks, is testing two
electric powered Hysters E2.00XN1 Forklift Trucks in a move to improve the employees’ working environment.
Pure Beverages has been using diesel powered Hyster H2.00XI Forklift Trucks since 1983 and now has 19 operating in its plants. The total output for the market leading company has grown to over half-a-million liters per day and the trucks are now working up to 20 hours a day, traveling about 300 meters back and forth through the plants.
