Chicken Lingus and Beef Bacon are two of the newest items which have been added to the ever expanding range Of Elephant House products.
According to a Company spokesman, both products were introduced to the local market, after intense research to seek customer preferences.
Hygenically prepared according to traditional recipes these latest additions to the Elephant House range of frozen foods are absolute value for money said a company spokesman. The chicken lingus is made of the chicken breast which gives it a unique texture and flavour and has a distinct taste, which is particularly appealing to the local palate.
The Beef Bacon too is a product unique to Elephant House and was hitherto supplied only to star class Tourist Hotels. However according to Billy Walpola, Director Ceylon Cold Stores, it has been launched to the local market to meet the consumer’s demands. It is made of the finest Beef Sirloin and smoked in traditional smoke rooms.
Both these products are available islandwide, at all leading outlets.
